Throughout these ten years, apart from the pleasant and knowledgeable nurses, I would like to praise doctors Hana Adamkova and Eva Mejzlíková for their unceasing optimism and long-term "control care" of my person. They are great.

I would like to add to them Dr. Katerina Vondráčková from Multiscan for the same care during my follow-up visits at her consular outpatient clinic.

Dear Doctor, Dear Nurses,

I would like to thank you all very much. For your work, helpfulness, kind attitude ... Thanks to you, the year with my mother's illness became a year we enjoyed.

Although it was connected with uncertainty, pain, on the other hand, there was a lot of time spent together, trips to see you - yes, we went on a trip together, took a walk ... and a lot of sparks of hope. Mom was strong and brave, so she made us around too. She was always home with us. She was only in the hospital for three nights all year on October 23, when she was diagnosed with the disease based on a scan, and then two nights this September for a stent placement. Even though her strength was waning, we still had the motivation to get up, get dressed and get out of the house ... It's only been the last three to four weeks or so that she's had the strength to stay at home. Thank you again very much, we were well with you and thanks to you, even though we knew that mom was sick. We wish everyone a wonderful Advent, a relaxing holiday season and good health.

Hello, Mrs. Víšková,
I would like to thank you and your fellow drivers for your kind and helpful approach to your clients. When I was diagnosed (cancer) my world came crashing down for me. Moreover, the recommended treatment in Pardubice is about 150 km from my home.
Once again, I would like to express my thanks, because you have always communicated with me perfectly regarding transport to Pardubice and have always given me the contact details of the driver. The driver who took me to Pardubice for the first time was also very kind and helpful. He took care of me like a little child. If I needed to stop somewhere, have a snack, stretch my legs. At the hospital, he led me to the oncology waiting room and handed me over to the care of the doctors.
For a person with a serious illness, this human approach means a lot. The attitude of the other drivers is also great. They call me the day before and arrange where to pick me up, and on the day of departure they call to say they are coming. The journey with them passes pleasantly and one forgets one's worries. In addition, I admire them because I think they must listen and please even clients who complain about their health condition.
I hope that you and your fellow drivers will be pleased with this thank you. It seems to me that words can't even express it.

I had the opportunity to take a ride to the Pardubice hospital, which is provided by Multiscan. I was pleasantly surprised at how it looked, the gentlemen who drove the car are very helpful, they help you with everything, give advice, make sure everything is in order. They function a bit like a psychological counseling center, the trip always went by quickly and sometimes I felt like we were going on a trip and not to the hospital. They are very human. They deserve a lot of praise and thanks.

In a few days I will be finishing radiotherapy at your company Multiscan Pardubice, which includes transporting patients to the radiation machines. I am writing to express my thanks to you for these services.
During the whole period of treatment I have gradually met all the drivers who provide this activity. Their work was absolutely perfect on a professional level, with the necessary amount of enthusiasm and empathy for the patients. And in a completely natural way.
What I personally appreciate the most is that they were able to adapt the program of collections and deliveries to the needs of us - the patients. Especially to my person, when I have to undergo dialysis 5 times a week in addition to radiation treatment in Pardubice. This is also connected with regular check-ups at the department. Ústeckýorlice hospital. All this was arranged so that I could manage in the best possible conditions. I cannot imagine that I would have had to go through this without your services!
Therefore, to you, your drivers and your company my sincerest thanks and as they say "Hats off"! This is how I imagine the service performed without big words and promises, provided by cars with high comfort of travel.
I wish all of you that the work is still going so well in perfect comfort and in robust health!
I think these feelings of mine are shared by all those who use these services, even though they may not express it as I do.

After all the negative experiences with Pardubice Hospital I met "MR DOCTOR", I deeply bow before his professional attitude, willingness and care for the patient (even beyond working hours). I am a patient of your facility in Pardubice, as a master of good timing I was diagnosed at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic and was treated for practically a year. Regardless of how I end up with such an erratic disease despite all the care, I would like to express my great gratitude for it. The fact that the treatment and all care is provided in generously designed, perfectly equipped and pleasant premises, and that everything is impeccably organised, deserves appreciation. That in the difficult conditions of 2020, my certainly difficult treatment was not in any way restricted or even delayed due to the spreading disease, I consider to be an expression of a kind of heroism on the part of everyone involved, but the fact that everyone I met was helpful, pleasant, patient and consistently kind is an added bonus, almost priceless for a cancer patient. Prof. MUDr. Odrážka, my attending physician MUDr. Málková and the other doctors, nurses in the outpatient clinic and in the collection room, everyone in the radiation room, chemotherapy and radiodiagnostics, just everyone, in my opinion, proved not only their professional but also their extraordinary human qualities during last year's difficult situation. Therefore, I feel that just thanking them directly is not enough, and besides praising your facility and its standard everywhere, I should also report my experience to the management of the company, which I hereby do.

Dear Professor,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for my father who lost his battle with an insidious disease a few days ago. But thanks to you and your entire team, he gained a wonderful three extra years of life, which made him incredibly grateful. After his first visit with you, Dad had one big wish, and that was to celebrate his 65th birthday, as he knew the situation was more than serious. He would have turned 68 this year, so his wish was more than fulfilled.

My husband is unfortunately a cancer patient, but since it happened, we are very happy that he got to Multiscan in Pardubice. Aside from the super modern environment where, among other things, the client has a TV above his bed, I can't leave out the staff. Whoever we met there was always helpful and smiling. And Dr. Randula is amazing and has our full trust. The humor of the nurse brother Libor always amuses my husband. Imagine my husband looking forward to going there every fortnight. Our granddaughter is in her first year of medical school, so maybe one day she will be one of your employees.
