Complaints procedure

Dear patients, dear patients,

Our long-term goal is satisfaction with the services of the Multiscan Cancer and Radiology Center, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of care.
In case of serious dissatisfaction with our services, you have the right to file a complaint. Above all, we would like to resolve your dissatisfaction or other problems as soon as they arise. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact the managers of the facility.

If your problem has not been satisfactorily resolved, you have the right to make a formal complaint:

Who can complain?

- Patient,

- The patient's legal deputy or guardian,

- A close relative if the patient is unable to do so because of their health or if they have died,

- A person authorised by the patient on production of a certified written power of attorney stating the scope of the authorisation.

What must the complaint contain?

- Who makes it and what it concerns:

In the case of a natural person, name, surname, date of birth, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address,

In the case of a legal person, the name, registered office, registration number and name of the statutory body, ID and contact details of the person authorised to act on behalf of the company, the authority of the person to act on behalf of the company,

- An indication of what the complainant is seeking,

- A written power of attorney from a deputy who is filing a complaint on behalf of another person,

- The date on which the complaint was lodged,

- Signature of the complainant/authorised person.

If the complaint does not have these details, is not clear, is illegible or requires additional information to resolve, we will invite you to complete it.
We only deal with anonymous complaints in extremely serious cases.

How and where can I make a complaint?

- In person,

- In writing by letter to Multiscan Oncology and Radiology Centre, Kyjevská 44, 530 03 Pardubice,

- By electronicmail (stiznosti@multiscan.cz).

What will follow?

- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint,

- We will inform you of the resolution within 30 days.

In case you are not satisfied with the way the complaint is resolved, you can contact the Regional Authority of the Pardubice Region, Department of Health.

Filing a complaint has no effect on the further provision of services.
