The Path to Health in Tune with the Seasons
Tradition and the Natural Environment in Child Development
The rhythm of the year, the changing seasons, and traditions help children perceive the natural passage of time, provide a sense of security and safety, and support their mental well-being. At the same time, they create space for shared family time and strengthen relationships between children and their loved ones.
Therapeutic workshops focus on the importance of the rhythm of the year and traditions as natural supports for a child’s healthy development. They offer a safe space for children and their families to come together, strengthen their inner resources, and actively care for their health.
Who are the workshops for? For children:
- with anxiety
- with chronic illnesses
- who are overwhelmed, irritable, or impulsive
- who have difficulty coping with change
- following a difficult life event or treatment
- with psychosomatic difficulties
- with a neurodevelopmental disorder (e.g., ADHD)
as well as theircaregivers(parents, grandparents, siblings, etc.), especially if they have been caring for a sick child for a long time or have been exposed to long-term stress within the family.
Therapeutic goals:
- Strengthening a sense of safety and stability
- managing tension and anxiety
- supporting sensory experiences
- strengthening the child’s own competencies
- Supporting relationships between the child and caregivers
