Employees were accommodated at the Orea Resort Horal hotel, which offers a wide range of opportunities for relaxation. In the hotel's pleasant wellness centre it was possible to swim in the pool, massage and warm up the muscles in the whirlpool, sauna, steam bath or solarium. The location itself encouraged many sporting activities such as skiing, snowboarding, skating or walks through the snowy landscape. After a longer period of relaxation, some of the employees craved an adrenaline rush and visited the toboggan run, which is almost 3 kilometres long. Cycling enthusiasts could not resist the ridges of the Krkonoše Mountains and decided to ride them on a fatbike, a special bike adapted for riding on snow. There were many possibilities of fun in this environment, but the biggest one was waiting for us on Saturday evening, when a social evening was prepared in the music bar Silver Rock.
And what were the employees' impressions of their stay in Spindleruv Mlyn?
"I had a great time. The service in the hotel, accommodation, food and wellness was perfect. The company of colleagues and the events in the music bar Silver Rock were unforgettable. I haven't laughed like that in a long time, until I was in tears. Thank you very much for that," adds Hedvika Antlová from the chemotherapy outpatient clinic.
"We would like to thank everyone who made it possible for us to go to Aspen in the Czech Republic. We put laughter, relaxation, sports, bar and good fun into practice and it turned out wonderfully. We were already leaving laughing, but the stay exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the days we spent together, we only confirmed that we are a great bunch." Lenka Sprateková from the radiotherapy outpatient clinic sums up her experience.
"We were physically destroyed in the mountains, but mentally we became very balanced and became closer friends. For me it was a very special experience that I really enjoyed. There could be more trips like this. I would like to thank the entire Multiscan company for making it happen," says Libor Rytíř, from the chemotherapy clinic, with a smile on his face.
On my behalf, I would like to thank Mr. Ing. Zavalianis, who made it possible for us to realize a weekend with colleagues full of relaxation, sport and fun. For me, as a head nurse, it is the greatest pleasure to see that the employees are happy, cheerful and in good spirits. I am all the more pleased when I have returned from my stay and still witness the satisfied expressions on the faces of the staff who are full of impressions and experiences from the weekend spent together. This wellness retreat allowed us to escape from our everyday responsibilities, spend time with colleagues outside the workplace, get to know each other better, laugh together and have a shared experience that we will all remember fondly.
