We started the afternoon dispensary

From the beginning of February we will open the afternoon dispensary. In addition to the outpatient clinics operating at standard times, patients who have completed their oncological treatment and who only come for check-ups will be able to use the outpatient clinic at later hours.

"The number of dispensed patients is steadily increasing, which shows great progress in cancer treatment. That is why we decided to open the outpatient clinic in the afternoon, so that the follow-ups of the monitored patients could take place on time and according to the plan," said Prof. MUDr. Karel Odrážka, Ph.D., head physician of the Comprehensive Oncology Centre of the Pardubice Region, which includes Multiscan.

The afternoon outpatient clinic operates every Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 18:00 and the maximum daily capacity is 10 to 15 patients. Examinations will take place in the radiotherapy outpatient clinic in building 30 on the premises of Pardubice Hospital and, as with other oncological examinations, the patient must be booked.
