Multiscan has moved to stricter screening of incoming patients

In view of the increasing number of patients infected with COVID-19, the Multiscan Cancer and Radiology Centre has introduced stricter controls for patients entering individual wards. The aim is to ensure safer operations for patients and staff at the centre.

As of this week, the following measures are in force in all our departments:

  • hand disinfection when entering the building or ambulance,
  • strict adherence to a discreet zone,
  • no unaccompanied persons unless absolutely necessary.

From Tuesday 24 March, the entry regime to the premises of the individual hospitals of the Pardubice Region will be changed:

  • Pardubice Hospital: exclusively through the main gate from Kyjevská Street. Here, the temperature of the visitor will be checked and the reason for entering the hospital will be assessed.
  • Chrudim Hospital: entry only through the main entrance. Here, too, the temperature will be checked and the reason for entering the hospital will be assessed.
  • Orlicko Ústecká Hospital: a filter tent is located at the entrance, where the health condition of persons entering the hospital will be checked.

If you have symptoms of respiratory disease, do not enter the hospital and deal with the situation without direct contact with a doctor. Inform your attending specialist doctor, general practitioner or call 112 or 1212 to discuss the next course of action.
