Nearly 80,000 new cases of cancer are detected by doctors each year, and 27,000 patients die. In total, 460 thousand people in the Czech Republic have or have had cancer.
Although the number of cancer patients is increasing, the number of deaths is stagnating or slightly decreasing. This is due to the fact that doctors are able to diagnose cancer at an early stage. Because some cancers are treatable at this stage, many patients are cured.
Come and have a look into the issues of this civilization disease and then debate with Vít Ulrych about what is bothering you not only in connection with cancer, but also in the health care system in the Pardubice Region or the whole Czech Republic.
