Code for vaccination of cancer patients against COVID-19

Starting today, you can apply for a unique code for priority vaccination against covid-19 at our clinic.

The indication for vaccination is based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Health:

  • Patients before planned cancer treatment
  • Patients during active oncological treatment
  • Patients within 12 months of completion of oncological treatment

The attending physician-oncologist makes the final decision on code assignment.

Appointments for vaccination can only be made through the Central Booking System of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic: https://registrace.mzcr.cz/.

For the vaccination itself, please prepare:

  • Insurance card
  • ID card
  • The latest report from the referring doctor-oncologist
