In the beginning the company director Ing. Pavel Pivrnec thanked everyone for the year-long demanding work. The employees were also addressed by the Deputy Director for Clinical and Radiation Oncology, Iveta Kolářová, MD, PhD, and the Deputy Director for Radiodiagnostics, Dušan Spitzer, MD, PhD, MBA.
The owner of Multiscan Ing. Sotirios Zavalianis has a great respect for his employees, which he proved in previous years not only by rewarding several dozen employees with a trip to the Greek islands of Crete and Rhodes. At this year's event, twenty nurses, radiology assistants, administrative staff and doctors were again presented with vouchers for all-inclusive trips for two people to the Greek island of Kos as a thank you for their excellent work.
This was followed by an hour-long concert by the multi-genre music group Voila, a perfectly orchestrated petition of musicians moving from one style to another, playing swing, twist and chanson with the occasional dash of hip-hop or reggae. For the next few hours, the great band The Basketles played, transporting us back to the golden era of rock and roll with songs and visual stylings in the form of period costumes. A photo booth by Pardubice photographer Miroslav Beneda was fun for everyone. There were also excellent refreshments catered by Petr Kovárník. More than a hundred of our employees had a good time until late into the night.
