We are currently intensively investigating the content of the conversation in a private message between our doctor and an unknown recipient, who subsequently posted part of the conversation on social media. It is in no way acceptable for any of our employees, let alone a doctor, to express themselves in such a way. If it is confirmed that this has happened, appropriate action will be taken immediately. At the moment, the doctor in question is on long-planned annual leave.
The AKESO medical holding company, to which Multiscan belongs, has always provided and continues to provide quality care to all, regardless of nationality. It also employs several dozen citizens of Ukrainian nationality and has in the past organised a fundraiser to help Ukraine. It is not possible for any of our employees to communicate in a way that damages trust in our work.
