We cooperate with medical schools

A continuous long-term recruitment campaign started in 2021 with advertisements in professional and local periodicals and promotions on our websites and social networks, as well as direct intensive outreach to schools not only in the Czech Republic but also in Slovakia.

We have established cooperation with dozens of schools across disciplines, we have welcomed a representative of the secondary medical school in Trnava, we are planning an open day for physiotherapists at the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun and we are planning several excursions for students of medical disciplines.

From personal meetings and visits to trade fairs we have gained many valuable contacts, which we continue to develop, for example in the form of internships, work experience or by offering scholarship programmes or an exam week. We motivate our graduates by offering fully equipped apartments, a company nursery or above-standard care for employees and their families.
