Demolition of the former children's surgery on the premises of Pardubice Hospital will restrict communication to the Multiscan building

From 25 January, the road between buildings 1 and 30, which houses Multiscan's radiation oncology, will be closed. The reason for this is the demolition of building No. 1, the former pediatric surgery and stoma surgery building. The restriction will last until 4 February.

Patients and visitors will be able to use the walkway from the Multidisciplinary Pavilion to get to the Oncology Department via the road leading between the Information and Radiodiagnostic Departments.

The main part of the demolition of the former children's ward is scheduled to start on Friday 25 January, when heavy equipment will start arriving on site, and will continue over the weekend. The following week will see the removal of the rubble.

Visitors are reminded to take care of their personal safety during the construction work and increased traffic on the hospital grounds.
